About Binder

The CRM we wished agencies had

Insurance agents spend their days building relationships and protecting clients, then lose hours to spreadsheets and busywork. We're building the system that gives that time back.

Why we started

We've spent the last decade deploying CRMs and making insurance agencies and brokers more efficient, and we kept seeing the same pattern: hard-working agencies held back by the tools meant to help them.

01

No time for renewals or marketing

X-dates get missed and cross-sell never happens, not because agents don't want to do it, but because the day is already full of service work and no system does it for them.

02

Old, slow, expensive tools

The bar for software in this industry is low, so agencies end up stuck with clunky, years-behind systems that were never built with them in mind.

03

Books of business trapped on paper

Client notes in a notebook, renewal dates in a spreadsheet, policies in a filing cabinet. The data exists, it's just not usable by anyone but the person who wrote it down.

04

No visibility into the business

Owners can't tell you what's in the pipeline, what's closing, or how their producers are actually performing, because nothing lives in one place.

05

Service running out of an inbox

Client requests come in by email and get handled from memory, with no record of what was promised, to whom, or by when.

06

A producer's book walks out

When client relationships live in one person's inbox and notebook instead of a shared system, losing a producer means losing their clients too.

What changes when the system catches up

Renewals became a second chance

We've watched an agency turn on renewal follow-up for the first time and bring back clients they'd lost years earlier. The outreach was always worth doing, it just never had time to happen before.

Automation became a sales channel

The moment outreach ran on a real cadence instead of an ad hoc one, sales took off. The pipeline was already sitting there, it just needed something working it every day.

What we believe

Built for agents

Every screen is designed around how an agency actually works: policies, renewals, and relationships, not abstract 'deals'.
