How does the free plan work?
Your first 5 users in an organization are free forever, not a trial. Solo agents and small teams can run their entire book on Binder at no cost, with full access to the core CRM.
What happens when we add a 6th user?
Once you grow past 5 users, you move to the Growth plan at $30 per user per month, with unlimited seats. Growth also unlocks automation, document storage, and team permissions on top of the core CRM.
What's the difference between Growth and Enterprise?
Growth covers everything most agencies need to sell and retain more business. Enterprise is for larger or multi-office agencies that need SSO, custom integrations, volume pricing, and a dedicated account manager.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create your organization and invite up to 5 users without entering any payment details. We only ask for billing when you add a paid seat.
Can I bring my existing book of business?
Yes. Import your clients, policies, and pipeline in minutes, and we help map your data so nothing gets left behind, on any plan.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
